Hi All
When i try to send e-mail to a specified mailbox, we are getting the below error. Bu we can sometimes send e-mail succesfully
There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox. Please try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

Agree with Sukh. We need to first narrow down the causes. If the issue still persists when sending and receiving the emails via OWA, the issue may be related to the mailbox.
Try moving the problematic mailbox to another mailbox store and see if the issue is resolved.

Only for particular domain or all domain.
only for one user at particular domain or some of the users.
r they sending with any attachments.
If only for particular domain.ask that domain administrator to add your domain to their whitelist.

- Try sending via OWA and test.
- Delete any autocomplete/cache and test.
- Create a new MAPI profile and test.
- If you have an attachement or an embedded image then remove and test.
