Unable to start chat from Skype to Lync

Hello,

I cannot start chat from Skype to Lync. It happens only if skype user is with custom domain. But if i start chat from Lync to skype, then all previously sent messages are delivered and everything works fine. Is this a bug?

Check this similar problem with MSN in the following link. Try the way changing the cipher suite order in Server 2008 mentioned by Jason.
