How to add affected user field to CR notification mail ? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I would like to know that, how may i add affected user field to default CR notification mail so i can see the person's name who wants the change request without going in to the portal site. FYI : I got that field in IR notifications at the moment.

  • You would need to extend the Change Request form to add the "Affected User" field. This is achievable with the Service Manager Authoring console. Once you have accomplished this the "Affected User" field will be available to the Change request workflow configuration.
