  • Hi Chris,

From the content of your post, I notice this information below:

    Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: AcroPDFImpl.dll

From my survey, AcroPDFImpl.dll is a component of Adobe PDF reader. Please try updating the Adobe reader to a more recent version then restart computer to test again.

If you have updated Adobe Reader, also need to configure it.

    1. Open Adobe Reader> Edit> Preferences> Internet> uncheck "Display PDF in browser."

    2. Next, from Adobe Reader> Help, check for updates. Install available updates.

    3. Next from Adobe Reader> Help, try the "Repair" option.

    4. Use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings button (Internet Options> Advanced.)

In addition, use IE under No add-ons mode to see result.

There is a similar case can be used as a reference, please check it for assistance.
