Hi.
One of my users has suddely experience a strange behavour of IE 8.0
Suddenly our home page does not appear in IE 8.0, but if the user open it in InPrivate Browsing then it appears. Anny idea why? and how can this be solved.We are still using Windows XP and IE 8.0 with all service packs.
Looking forward to an answer.

Hi,
InPrivate Browsing just make you don’t want to leave a trace of your web browsing activity on your computer. I am not sure what's exactly issue happen to your IE. However you can try to solve the problem from the follwoing methods:
Method 1: Run the “fixit” from the provided article.

Method 2: Try to add the website in trusted sites and then check.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/When-to-trust-a-website
Method 3: Disable the security software temporarily.
Method 4: Follow the provided article to enable compatibility view in internet explorer.
Some Web sites may not behave as expected in Internet Explorer

If above methods can not sovle your issue, you may try to reset IE for check:

Hi again.
Now I have tried the various suggestions with out any luck.
The link to method 5 does unfortunately not work.
More suggestion about I can solve this problem?

Hi again.
Did some testing on the users computer.
Logged on with the local administrator and it worked just fine. Suspect that the user has a corrupt computer profile and will during the day replace the corrupted user profile.Will revert back with the result.
