Continous 10 Percent CPU Usage of LSASS.EXE in Server 2016 TP5 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    after the installation of Server 2016 TP5 on a physical machine i have arround 10 percent continous CPU usage of the LSASS.EXE process in Task Manager and the System has 25 percent continous CPU usage.

    The System is no Domain Controller and has the latest CU installed.

    Some other People here with same experiences or some help?

    Hardware including driver and the combination of all hardware are factors which may affect the system performance.

    First, make sure that requirements of installing WS 2016 TP version are met - System Requirements and Installation:

    Besides, hardware has the latest/appropriate driver edition installed. Also, I would recommend you to install the same OS on an virtual environment(with similar configuration), and compare the CPU usage.

    If the problem persists, is there any role/service has been installed/configured? Any event has been logged?
