The only way to have multiple documents with the same filename in the same library would be to use versioning. As you upload each file it will be saved as a new version of the same file and could be accessed via the version menu on the file. But
I doubt that's what you are looking for.
You can't have multiple files in a file folder on your hard drive that have the same name and you can't do it in a SharePoint document library either.
From a business point of view what are you trying to accomplish? If you'll describe your purpose we may be able to help.
