SFB couldn't connect RRS feed

  • Hi, One of the Skype business user trying to present desktop to SFB user only withing the same domain. But when 'A' trying present desktop to the 'B', getting error "We couldn't connect to the presentation because of network issues. Please try again later." 

    But if user "A" tries to present desktop to other domain SFB user it is succeeded.

    Also if outside domain SFB user present desktop to user "B" it is succeeded. Please find below screenshots of the user 'A' and 'B'.

    Would you please tell us is that any issue when other users present desktop to userB in the domain?

    In your domain, could you please tell us did userB could share desktop to userA successfully ?

    Regarding your issue, for SFB client side, please try to delete SFB cache files and make sure your SFB client with the latest update.

    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com

    You could also try to perform a clean boot on your computer.

    For SFB server side, please try to check if there are any error messages in your FE server.

    Please also make sure the port 443, 8057 and 3478 is open.

    Moreover, make sure your SFB server with the latest update.

  • Hi 

    This could be related to client side port issue or some time machine issue as well, try to delete the local cache profile and then try to sign in and check. are you able to make a call between A and B ? Check whether the VLANs are having issues connecting
