Three repeatable interrelated bugs found while recording Style Pane Options. (Click "options" in the lower right corner of the Styles pane. In particular, the Select Styles to Show dropdown.)
If you record "Recommended" you get the misnamed "StylesAvailable". Weirder yet, playing that macro gives "In Current Document", not "Recommended".
Okay, since Recommended does In Current, what does In Current do? StylesAll!!!
So then, what does recording Styles All do? It actually records "FormattingInUse"!!! Which miraculously returns Styles All. So it's wrong twice.
Then what does recording "In Use" do? It's the only one of four that records and plays correctly.On the other hand, playing FormattingInUse actually gives All Styles again like StylesAll.
So, one is misnamed, two record wrong, two do the same thing, and one cannot be recorded at all.
Didn't anyone at Microsoft test this, even once?
Apparently we paying to be Microsoft beta testers. Outrageous.
