    I am trying to get the Response Group Agent Live program, from Lync 2010 Resource Kit, to work.  When I try to run it on one of my Lync servers, it starts, but gives the error message "Unable to connect to the RG web service."  I configured it with the ip address of the FE pool.  I can use the Response Group Settings tool from the Lync client, so I am pretty sure nothing is wrong with the RG web service.

    When I try to run this from my computer (Vista 32-bit, .NET 3.5sp1), it crashes on start-up with error:

    It Requires the lync Client to be present on the system. So try again on your workstation.

    Yes.   I already have the Lync client installed on my workstation.

    I have tried this software on other computers: XP and Win 7, with the same crash results, so I do not believe it is specific to one OS.

    It seems that it will only run on 64-bit Windows. :(

    Same problems to me. Application crashed on all kind of Windows OS. (XP, Win-7)

    Does the RGAgentLive required LYNC client only or is Attendant client also supported?
