Project Server 2013 On-Line- OLAP RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Noticed that in the Server Setting parameters in PWA that there is no OLAP functionality in Project Server 2013 to configure.  If I heard correctly, those using Project Server 2013 On-Line, will not have Business Intelligence, is this true?  Does it have anything to do with no being albe to access OLAP cube over firewalls/ internet/ port 80, etc.?

    Thanks in advance,

  • Spiro,

Project Online does not have OLAP cubes functionality. However, it does not mean that there is no Business Intelligenec. In fact, quite the opposite. With Project Online, you will need to use Odata for reporting.
