    Hi,

    Can anyone knows why remote desktop user keep on deleting after restart or log off. Everytime, I added remote desktop user in windows 7 professional, the user automatically delete when the user reboot or log off the computer. I am looking for the solution how I can retain the remote desktop user who are granted for remote desktop access. I am looking for the solution.

    If you are on a domain, it's possible somebody has configured a Group Policy for restricted groups so every time you log on the groups are quickly audited and adjusted based on the policy thus if you are not in a certain group which is allowed to be a Remote Desktop User, it gets removed.
