Diferent Packages, Same Package ID RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I'm trying to deploy Project 2013 and Visio 2013 as separate packages. I've downloaded the Office Deployment Tool and followed the instructions to create App V 5 packages.

Both packages work independantly, but they both have the same Package ID. When they are both loaded on to the App V server, only Visio is visible to the client.

Am I doing something wrong when using the ODT to package the apps?

  • Hello,

All Office 2013 generated packages will have the same PackageID.

Generate a single package with both products to be able to publish both of them.
