Apps are not opening

Question

Whenever I start any app in my PC "This App Cant Be Open- (IE cant open using Buld-in Adminstrator Account. Sign in with diiferent account and try again)". I dont get this problem. please help me to fix it.Tuesday, January 12, 2016 10:33 PM

Yes, you cant open it using built in Admin account. Please login and with with different account.
