  • Hi enlil,

Which step is the boot process stuck in? Have you tried to update the BIOS from the device manufacturer website?

Please check for updates manually for the machine and then check for the symptom again.

    Best regards

  • Hi enlil,

Which step is the boot process stuck in?

According to the symptom, it seems that there is a specific driver failing to initialize for the first time and it cound be initialized for the second time.
Please check the Event Viewer for any related error messages to troubleshoot this issue.
Considering the issue occurred with the specific HP model machine, please also ask for help from the HP support.

    Best regrads
