  • What happens when you try to send those users a message?

Do you see the arrival of the message in your SMTP receive protocol
log? Was the message accepted or rejected?

If the message was accepted, use the message tracking tool in the EMC
to see where the message went. If the message is delivered to the
mailbox, the problem is local to the Outlook client. Check inbox
rules, junk email processing, filters used in the "view" on the
    folders, etc.

  • It seems that the server reject the emails.

Ed, when I send to them they receive them.

  • How do you know that?

Okay. Now find out *why* it rejects the e-mail. From the SMTP log
file, what's the status code sent in response to the RCPT TO and MAIL
FROM commands? You'll also find information in the agent log file(s).

  • hi,

    How about in OWA?

Those users can't receive mail, the sender should receive the NDR?

How about the NDR? You should get some information.

Those users can't receive mail from all other domains or part of?

Check those users' mailbox properties, how ahout the message delivery restrictions?

    thanks,
