Windows 7 Dump File (dmp) Help & BSOD RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi, I keep getting the BSOD and I'm not sure if it's a recent game I installed or another Windows 7 driver issue. My laptop is under a year old and would like to sort this before I run out of warranty.

    Here is the error:

I have attached the .dmp file via Skydrive if anyone could take a look at it for me? I'm not sure how to view these files without downloading a large file from the Microsoft server (unfortunately I have a very small download limit at present).

    Many thanks in advance.

    Carm

  • Bug Check 0x1E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.
