Urgent: ms autenticator codes don’t work at all, main account inaccessible RRS feed

    • Hi, 

      i have tried :

      turning off the phone, no change

    • making sure the time is automauted, it is

    • i doubled and tripled check every code I entered for typos, not the issue

    • i contacted godaddy, my admin, to make sure it was not on their end: it is related to the app

    • i checkedif there were updates, no

    • I removed the MFA everywhere I could access to remove that condition; no effect

    • The account is Azure verified in the app... 

    • I don’t know what else to do... I asked for a recovery, hoping I had enough good answers...

  • I too am having issues. I'm getting an error that the app failed to communicate with the server when I hit "approve" on the 2FA.

  • I was having the same issue. I deleted authenticator and reinstalled it and all is now good!
