Will this be available in Anniversary Update built-in ?

ATA release cycle is not tied to the OS release cycle.

After installing version 1.6 you will be able to get future updates pushed via Microsoft update which can push updates to MS products which are not part of the OS too.

Is there a timeline for getting 1.6 into the VLSC downloads? Or can we install the trial over the top of our licensed 1.5 install and use our key?

Hello RWilson,

The ATA v1.6 is in VLSC but it seems you need to switch language to "Multilanguage" in order to download the new version.
