emails defaulted to draft folder RRS feed

  • In outlook mail, when I attempt to send my email it is diverted to the drafts folder & can not be sent, it just remains there. Can anyone help with this issue?

    What's the version of your Outlook client?
    Does this issue occur to all messages you want to send?

    To help narrow down the issue, please try testing in the web mail and check if the problem persists. 

    If the issue only occur when sending mails from Outlook client, please try running Outlook in safe mode(Press Win+R, type "outlook /safe", press Enter.) and check the result.

    It is also suggested to try creating a new Outlook profile and see if the issue remains.
