  • Have you loaded the latest updates? Please also test if the BSOD will occur in clean boot.

To analyze BSOD, please upload C:\Windows\Minidump file to SkyDrive.

  • Hello NandakumarS.

The bugcheck 0x1000008E (KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M) indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. The value of BCP1 (0xC0000005, STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION) indicates that a memory access violation occurred.

Upload the .DMP file from the \Windows\Minidump folder to your Windows Live SKyDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here, so we can analyze it and suggest you a solution.

    Bye.

  • Go to C:\Windows\minidump assuming C is you system partition. You should find the memory dump files there. If they're there google for "crash dump analysis" and click the osronline link. You can upload your crush file there for more detailed analysis and then copy and paste the results here.
