I have a problem with my Windows 7. Once I start my computer everything is fine but if I leave the computer idle for say an hour or longer the computer stalls by that I mean if I click on an icon it takes 5 minutes or longer to open. If I click on
the start button to shut down the same thing occurs. Once the start menu comes up I click on shut down and after minutes I get a window asking about programs still running and do I want to force shut down? If i click on yes then I get a window telling me I
will lose all info. I click on force shut down then I get a window saying Task Host Window is shutting down programs and then it take another 5 to 10 minute to fully shut down. If i start the computer back up there is no problem everything runs fast and normal.
Before I shut down I've click on Task Manager to whats running under Applications and nothing is there. Any help would be appreciated
