Windows Server 2016 and problem with patch KB4507460

Question
-
As mentioned above. 9th of July Microsoft released patch to some versions of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
At this moment my build is: 14393.3056
Update is being installed but after reboot still showing the same build and Windows update again reminding me about new update which is ready to download and install. Did it at least five times and system cannot be updated. Anyone know what is happening ? Any sugestions ?
In Settings -> Updates there is only note in history Installation failed, number of patch KB4507460 and nothing more even error codes or similar.
Server working since January of 2019 and until this update all updates released by Microsoft, didnt made any problems, until now ... :(
Thank you for any helpfull ideas. Greetings

Hi,
I suggest that we could download it and install manually.

I have attempted to download and install the patch manually. All seemed to install just fine, until the system rebooted, at which point some post install activities failed, which resulted in the patch not being implemented. FYI, this is happening on two separate host systems. Both happen to be installed on a XenServer v7.6. host. One of the virtualized hosts is dedicated to running PRTG, the other is running Symantec SEPM and MSFT SQL Server 2016.
Seems like this is a known issue. Recommendations thus far have not proven helpful.
kindest regards

Hi,
I used check for update option to install the latest update. It works fine now.
Also try to clear Windows Update Cache folder.
