I have exchange 2003 installed on server 2003, i have the pop3 and smtp setup, the mailboxes work, I can send emails from one mailbox to another within the domain, however I cant recieve emails from other domains, and I can't properly setup OWA with forms based authentiction, in addition to not being able to access OWA outside my network. I need some point in the right direction.

First of all, please check if you have set the MX record to point to your Exchange server on the ISP DNS correctly.

Secondly, you need to ensure the certificate setup correctly. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995729(v=exchg.65).aspx & http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/SSL_Enabling_OWA_2003.html

Did you set up set up a recipient policy for your email domain and also set up your dns mx record?
