NTLM pre-authentication RRS feed

  • Question

  • We use appliances (F5) for Exchange single sign on, SAML assertions and other SSO methods.

What I would like to to do is develop something similar to the Outlook RPCproxy (C based).

What this does is preauthenticate the user using NTLM and kerberos constrained delegation. We use an array of plugins for Outlook that are cloud based but redirect us to a form which is ridiculous to ask a user to enter their credentials once they are signed into their machines.

i've written a web service that returns email address/username for other POST assertions in an XML format. I would like to avoid the '302' route. Anyone got a better idea?

This is not the correct forum for this question. This forum is for
Forefront Identity Manager related questions. You should try one of the web
    development forums instead.
