  • Is there anyway i can stop users to fill time sheet on non-working days ?

    By default, the timesheet allows users to log hours on any day of the timesheet week.

    There is no out of the box way to prevent people from doing that.

    I would say, you will need to handle this through training and monitoring.

    1) you could add couple of lines of text on the time-sheet page with instructions on this.

    2) You could build a report to monitor if any resources are reporting time on non-working day.

    Out of the box this is not available.  If this is a burning need, you can break your timesheet periods with a natural break between working and non working days.  (ie Mon-Fri OPEN timesheet; Sat-Sun CLOSED timesheet; etc etc...).  That way users can ONLY put time to working days.

    This would require a little more management overhead, but should address your needs.
