  • Hi,

We are currently in the process of migrating our SCCM 2007 server to a separate virtual SCCM 2012 R2 server and have been running into a number of issues, specifically we cannot even begin the migration process as we are receiving these errors:

    [MigrationManager]: Set the schedule item 16777223 to Failed. SMS_MIGRATION_MANAGER 22/07/2015 9:10:38 AM 2556 (0x09FC)

If anyone else has seen similar errors to these and knows what the resolution would be, or could provide some guidance that would be great.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

Do you have the full migmctrl.log when the Migration failed?

(The migration log entries are continually added to the file and overwrite old details. If the entries are overwritten, you might not be able to identify whether any problems that you might encounter with the migrated objects relate to migration issues.)

Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help. If you have feedback for TechNet Subscriber Support, contact tnmff@microsoft.com.
