Hi guys!
didn't know where else to go to. Did any of you guys encounter a problem while connecting using IT Connection Manager by dial-up, error said 623:Cannot find the phone book entry.
I tried re-installing the IT Connection manager,but it still threw me the same error. The phone number was a standard given to each user in the domain. I really don't understand much of it.
What could be a possible problem and solution to my problem? Thank you for those who will answer :)
