  • MY HEADPHONES DOESNT WORK .DOESNT EMIT ANY TYPE OF SOUND..HELP ME PLEASE.

  • Hi,

     

    When did the issue occur? Did you receive any error message? How does the sound icon show in system tray?

     

    If the issue occurred recently, you can perform system restore first.

     

    If it doesn't work or no restore point is available, please remove the current sound driver from Device Manager, then download the latest one from manufacturer. Also, you can test the issue in clean boot to avoid third party software confliction.
