Messages queued with transient exception with message Query/Update out of office history operation

  • I am seeing messages queued with the following error. Trying to research and finding much. Has anyone seen this before. Possible AV issue?

    Are there any issues from users in organization?

    Did user receive a meeting, which subject is “RE: Meeting: Friday July 8”?

    If this issue occur on the specific user, we suggest you create a new user, then send a meeting to check if the issue persist.

    Then we suggest you restart “Microsoft Exchange Transport” service on this Exchange server.

    In addition, please check if there are any errors in application log and post them for our troubleshooting.
