How to migrate Out-of-band management from sccm 2007 to 2012 ?

Question

Hello,
I'd like to know how to migrate our AMT computers provisionned by SCCM 2007 to a new SCCM 2012 infrastructure.
1) We own a provisionning certificate from an external CA (Go Daddy), do we have to request a new certificate for the new management point or can the current certificate be reused (re-keyed ?) ?
2) Will SCCM 2012 be able to update provisionning settings from the SCCM 2007 provisionned clients ?
Sincerely,
Michel

You don't need to get a new certificate for SCCM 2012, the same one will still work provided your don't make any network changes, like moving to a new domain name space, etc.

I need an additional information. Does it works if certificate was issued to server A and my out of band management point is now server B ?
