  • Hi,

I'm not aware of any means to find this and I just did this in my lab then searched application and systems logs to no avail.

It is possible to query domain controller event logs to deteremin who logged into your server though.

  • Hi coco0185,

Even SharePoint don't log adding/editing sql aliases through cliconfig tool, but if you enabled Audit policy on your SharePoint server , you can search cross event viewer -> security, because adding/editing an entry in cliconfig will add a key in registery editor as the following screenshots

And any changes to the registery editor will add an event to the event viewer => security .
