Event ID 4060 from source LS Backup service on SFB front-end RRS feed

  • HI friends, I am getting below alerts generated on our FE server responsible for backup service after CU update. I verified all permissions for file share are ok. 

    Skype for Business Server 2015, Backup Service user store backup module failed to complete import operation.

    Backup Module Identity:UserServices.PresenceFocus
    Working Directory path:\\\6-BackupService-58\BackupStore\Temp
    Local File Store Unc path:\\\RHQSFBFS\6-BackupService-58\BackupStore
    Remote File Store Unc path:\\\JUBSFBFS\5-BackupService-77\BackupStore

     Additional Message: Failed to send cookie zip file \\.test.SFB.COM\RHQSFBFS\6-BackupService-58\BackupStore\Temp\z-UserServices-802ac2e7-b5de-4eeb-8679-f48f36b72427.zip to \\\JUBSFBFS\5-BackupService-77\BackupStore\UserServices\PresenceFocus\Cookie\CookieTemp.zip.
     Exception: System.IO.IOException: The file exists.

       at Microsoft.Rtc.BackupService.BackupModuleHandler.ReceiveBackupDataTask.InternalExecute()
       at Microsoft.Rtc.Common.TaskManager`1.ExecuteTask(Object state)

    Cause: Either network or permission issues. Please look through the exception details for more information.

    Also, when I run the command Get-CSBackupServiceStatus against one paired pool it returns empty "ActiveMachineFqdn" and "OverAllExportStatus" is NotInitialized.

    To this issue, please try the following steps to check if the issue persist:
    1.Stop the backup service on both front-end server
    2.Delete the backup folder on each server
    3.Invoke a full backup
