  • Hi ahimapolyplilly,

Based on your description, would you please tell me more about the details? What’s your system information? Did it happened related app hang or crash error? Have you made any changes with your system before the problem occurred?

First of all, let’s try to put the computer in a Clean Boot or Safe Mode and see the result.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

Start your computer in safe mode: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7

Then we could check the event log to see if there is any related app hang or crash error, post back for research.

Performance troubleshooter “under Control panel -> Troubleshootings” may be a good idea, please try it.

In addition, please make sure to check all update drivers in Device manager.

    Best Regards,

    Tao
