How can I create a Style in Word 2016?

Hello.
When I click on "Create a Style" and create a style and modify it, I style removed when I close and open Word 2016. How can I save it?

Unless you specifically add the Style to a template (and save the changes to the template), it can only be saved in the document in which it is created. See:

The process in Word has not changed since Word 97 in essence. The new style needs to be saved to the (Normal) template. The key in ribbon versions is found in the radio button at the bottom of the style modification dialog:
The default is "Only in this document."

Note that not all styles are in the [Quick] Styles Gallery. Most are not.
