Acrobat X sequnce - where are custom stamps held? RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have sequnced Adobe Acrobat X. It installs \acrobat\plug_ins\annotations\stamps\enu on the Q: drive. What I can't figure out is where custom Stamps are held. If you create one it follows you around, but I don't know where it has stored itself.

This is not a great problem until the users want to import custom Stamps from pre-virtualization days. They have the Stamps, but we don't know where to put them. I suspected \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\10.0 in the users drive, but there is no Stamps folder there.

    Anyone know where to look?

Answers

  • "\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\10.0\Stamps" should be the default location. Maybe you included this folder during sequence, and all stamps end up in the user app-v bubble?

  • Hello,

An Adobe forum might render more responses - you could run process monitor during an import to verify where it tries to access data.
