  • Hi,

Please try to restart Explorer Process for test.

End Explorer in Task Manager. after that, open Task Manager, choose File, Run new task, type explorer.exe, press Enter.

In addition, Is this problem just happend to this single one file or every other file had same problem?

I was suspecting it could be the history files also.

Are you deleting from Windows explorer?

Are you able to play the file?

Can you right click on the file; check the properties, click on the "General" tab.

Check the file type, it could be a shortcut link (.lnk) file only.
