Cannot accept meeting Office 2016 on mac RRS feed

    I need help on my Outlook. I cant seem to accept meeting invites from anyone using my outlook.
    I am able to send/receive emails and the meeting invite itself but when i click on accept it will attempt to send the response back to the requester but the message is stucked on outbox.
    Triangle symbol shows on my outlook. Error message: Https Error. The server cannot fulfill the request.

    Accepting meetings works fine using OWA.

    This was first encountered on Office 2011 and upgraded  to Office 2016, i've also done the OSX El Capitan update and creating new Identity but its still having same issue.

    Anyone would be so kind to help on this.
