application invocation errors RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm getting a series of errors with my virtual search host application on a client. I've turned up logging, and here's the meat of the error below. Client is fully patched, win7 enterprise, and has recently been imaged so it shouldn't be doing this, ideally. Any ideas?

  • Hello,

Usually App-V references applications with the name and the version-number. It seems that the version-number is lacking at the moment.

I would suggest you read the prescriptive guidance for Office 2010
