  • Question

  • My computer has completely goofed up, although I strongly believe it was my doing. It would be a major help if I could get some tips, troubleshoots, or other advice from this:

See, I had downloaded the application for Kitsusaga install, and then I decided to install it onto my flashdrive while I was out. When I came back, my comuter was off completely and I turned it back on only to have it show a screen saying that it needs to fix the 'problems causing Windows 7 to not open properly'. I'm pretty sure it's still on there, it's been there since 3 o'clock... does this mean I've got a weird virus from Kitsusaga? Or do I need to resize my RAM availability?

  • Maybe.

I would press F8 when starting the computer, select repair options, restore and select a restore point close to the time you began this fun.

That will get you back to where you were.

The application doesn't seem compatible for Windows 7: http://kitsusaga.aeriagames.com/overview/sysreq Contact Kitsuaga support.

  • Hi,

Please understand issue doesn't mean you got a weird virus from Kitsusaga. It can be caused by incompatibility.

Expect performing the System Restore, you also could choose the last known good function or startup repair to check the result. If any error message is received, please let me know.

For more information about Startup Repair, you can refer to:

    Best Regards,
