All application packages permissions, Windows 10. (Joining domain)

Question

Hello,
I recently installed Windows 10 on a couple of computers, when I connect them to my domain the group called "All Application packages" loses it's permission in the register key called "SOFTWARE", it just disappears.
This is a problem because when i log on to the domain with a user the apps stops working as well as the start button. When i try to start for example Microsoft Edge the window appears just for a second then it disappears and nothing happens. When i press start menu it's just show the loading wheel for a while then nothing happens. If i configure the permission on "SOFTWARE" so that "All Application Packages" has the correct permission it's working, as long as I stay logged in. If i log out or restart the computer it's the same thing all over again, the group "All Application Packages" has disappeared from the permissions tab.
Any tips/ideas on how to get the "SOFTWARE" key to keep the permission?
We have several Windows 7 clients in this domain with out any problems.Best regards

Hi Ricoh,
I suggest cleaning up registry permissions in the default Domain Group Policy and move them over to one specific GPO targeting Windows 10.
Please refer to this article:

Hello,
Try providing the permissions through registry as mentioned here and see if it works:
