Hi,
You can start auditing and monitor the corresponding service key and service subkeys under services:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services
Especially the “Start” and “Type” keys. You may see if some process is changing the values and disabling the service.
