Tablet PC in Accessories Empty

Hi all~
For some reason my Tablet PC folder is empty..It worked when I installed the OS in Feb., but I never really used it..I wanted to checkit out when I discovered this..I went to Add/Remove>Windows features to reinstall,went through the configuration, but was notified Error Occured..

Hi Vista users. I have recently gone thru the deadly Windows_WCP_OTHER_FAILURE2 error on my Intel 6850, 680 Sl Mb. Vista 64 error's included 6-10 errors per reset, unstable, MSN not working, WMC crashing, a very BAD situation. As I had not added anything BUT Windows updates, I nailed the problem the 1st try. I deleted MS Update KB931099. After a CMOS reset the system is now 100% with virtually no errors. Whatever is in that update KILLS computers!
