    I am having a problem loading and ejecting a cd on my laptop I am using windows 10 I have managed to load to cd but I am unable to view  This has not been a problem in the past

    Hi margaretdj,

    Could you please give more information about this issue? It will help us troubleshoot the problem.
    Is it hard to load/set a CD into CD/DVD drive on your laptop? Or cannot you see any files / hear any music in the CD after loading it? Does it happen with any CDs?

    I would like to specify where the problem is, i.e. optical drive or CD media.
