Outlook Disconnecting After Power Outage RRS feed

  • Hello 

    I have a client who uses Office 365 and an imap account for Outlook. They have random power outages but have their system connected by a battery backup so it only goes down for a short moment before they are able to reconnect to the internet again. Once it goes down, everything will be working as normal except for Outlook. It stays disconnected until they reboot the laptops. This is happening with everyone computer in the building. Any suggestions?

    Given this situation, it is suggested to click Work Offline then click again to reconnect to the server and see if there is any difference.
