  • Question

  • Dear Experts,

    Can someone advice me below:-

An Exchange Administrator, who has super right,, can access User B mailbox, Can the administrator run script and modify the email content of the User B's email?? If it is possible, please provide me more information.

    Eg:-

User B sent an email to User C. User B's email content is " XYZ 123"  but when User C received the email, the email content become "XYZ abcdef 123".  The content is changed!  Is there possible the administrator run some script to insert/change the email content before it reach the recipient?

  • Hi

    Well, yes it can..

Transport rules and scripts can be used for adding text into mails and/or changing folder structure etc.
