OC Users cannot make direct video calls

  Hi All,

   

  I've a got a customer who implemented OCS 2007 R2 on a IPSec Enforced network. they've already specified IPSec exemptions for OCS and OC communications back and forth between server to client and client to client.

   

  here's the scenario:

  ·         can do IM and presence

  ·         can do audio call (PC-PC Calls)

  ·         can do enterprise voice

   

  Issue: 

  ·         users cannot make an outright video call, so from communicator > initiate video call, it fails. users need to establish an audio call first and by then it can be promoted to a video call.

  ·         they aren’t able to do ftp/file sharing on communicator. are there other necessary ports to allow ftp?
