AD GPO to change windows 7 client default sound scheme

  • We have 50 windows 7 client computers in an AD OU for which we need to change Windows Default Sound Scheme to None for any users log on to those machine. How this could be accomplished using AD group policy?

  •  the sounds can not be controlled by Group Policy. you can try to disable the Windows Audio service to disable sound on clients. 

    Or you can disable chanding the theme/sounds :
