Lync 2010 Responsegroup forward to voicemail when no agents are logged in RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    Is it possible to route the call to a responsegroup immediately to a voicemail box when no agents are logged in ?

    Even if no user in the group is logged in, Lync always waits for the queue to time-out.

    I think I've tried a bunch but I hope someone of you guys has a solution.

    Our customer is running 2010 but we experience the same behavior on 2013.
