View not showing in Service Request Fulfilment RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

There are multiple views for multiple groups in my deployment of SCSM. At this time all the Incident views are working correctly.

The Assigned to Me view in Service Request Fulfillment is not showing up for two particular groups, my Tier 3 and Security people. I have checked the views settings it is checked and every other user (groups) who has been added to the views can see it but them. I have verified that they are not in any conflicting views.

Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

  • Hi,

Remove the entire folder for the user, C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\System Center Service Manager 2010.

  • Hi,

So the User Roles in which these people are member of, are configured to show these views? If everything is configured correctly within Service Manager I would try to remove the local profile for SCSM for one of the affected users to see if that helps.
